Oddica unconditionally guarantees all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are dissatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, you may return it and choose
an item in another size or color.
When making a return, we urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers — we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
If we sent you the wrong shirt, or if the shirt has a defect, please send it back and we will reimburse you for normal shipping. Once we receive the shirt back, we can credit your account (refund) or send you a replacement shirt (exchange).
If you’d like a refund or exchange, you must get a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@oddica.com; write the RA# on the back of your original invoice and enclose with your return.
Please realize that American Apparel shirts are going to shrink some. If you try on a shirt and it’s snug *before* you wash it, please return it for the next largest size. Please do not wash it and then return it. Items that have been laundered or altered cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
If you try on the shirt and it fits right, you can keep it at that size by washing in cold water and line drying or drying flat. Putting the shirt in the dryer will cause it to shrink.
All return claims must be received within 21 days of when you receive your order. After the 21-day period, we will no longer accept returns.
